CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE I

Town and Country Bank is looking for a customer relationship oriented individual that can achieve the highest standard of customer service possible by offering efficient, quality assistance to all customers with consistent use of knowledge for cross-selling bank products and services. This position will allow outstanding growth opportunity and career development while working within one the area’s premier banking institutions.
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year experience handling money in a customer service environment. High level of accuracy and above average verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Sales orientation. Working knowledge of computers with exposure to MS software. Ability to operate a currency counter and adding machine. Willingness to rotate throughout the bank/facilities whenever necessary.
